Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order model, returns or exchanges are not possible. We encourage customers to read the MORA Manual or get in touch with any questions before ordering.

If your item is faulty or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us directly with photo evidence within 14 days of receipt. Once a return is mutually agreed, any damaged goods will need returning in their original packaging before a refund is issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange the safe return of the item, therefore a tracked and insured postal service is highly recommended. A full refund for the cost of the goods will be issued on receipt of the goods.
